House and stuff
The title of this blog could be interpreted many different ways. or maybe just 2 or 3. Still - my life seems currently dominated by "house and stuff" which would be counter to what I desire my life to be about.
In any case, we should be closing on our house last week so that must mean we will possibly do this soon. Following that will come MASSIVE painting projects to cover up the 50 year old paint inside (before and after pictures forthcoming for Will if he still stops in to this blog). Then we will move in and be "settled."
For all the crap that it is to get a mortgage and have stuff- I am liking the settled thing. I believe our family is on the brink of experiencing true community - in many ways we already are- it just kind of creeps in. It sure is messy (kind of like that marshmallow fluff) but good.

I'm housed and fed. I'm blessed.
I'm loved and in love. I'm blessed.
I'm learning from homeless men. I'm blessed.
